1. Order Processing & Dispatch:All orders are shipped from India within maximum 5 working days (our default handling time) after payment confirmation. However, we mostly dispatch your orders within 3 working days, so customers usually receive their parcels earlier.
Delivery time is between 12 to 20 business days depending upon your destination. Prices charged are for economy courier service and if you want expedited service, please contact us to know the additional shipping charges. US customers normally get their orders delivered with in 2 weeks in most cases. Customers in Europe generally get their orders within 10-15 days however, it depends on the speed of customs processing etc.

3. Custom Duties/Taxes etc.:For US Customers: Import duties, taxes and charges are included in the item price. These charges are pre-paid by us and hence not buyer's responsibility.For Other Countries: eBay mechanism collects the VAT etc. and hence duties /VAT etc. are also prepaid.
4. We only ship your order to the eBay registered address given to us at the time you checkout on eBay. Please verify that this address is the correct one you wish to have your package sent to. 
5. Shipping Method:We ship all orders using the ITPS (International Tracked Postal Service) of India Post. This service offers faster delivery than standard postal methods and provides reliable tracking updates throughout the shipment process.
